                                  ADMINISTRATIVE CONTENT OF THE PROJECT

For bringing into operation and subsequent harnessing of the plant, it is required the following documentation:

     ³ Land contract
Legal agreement between the parties which must be valid for a period of forty and nine years where it is reflected the fee to be paid to the owners for the rent of the area.

     ³ Certificate for building permits
Document proving the land use for power station construction.

     ³ Hydrologic study
Study provided by the Hydrological Institute in Bucharest which includes the daily data of the flow collected through the gauging station of the river for a period of twenty years. This is the basis of hydraulic and hydrological studies of the concession project that develops in Spain.

     ³ Water concession draft
Project in which the most important aspects of hydroel ectric harnessing with the corresponding hydrological and hydraulic studies, layou tand produc tion ones are defined . This project is conducted by engineers of roads, canals and ports, industrial engineers, technical engineers and topographers, all Spaniards.

     ³ Water concession Certificate
Document which reflects the flow concession granted by the Hydrographical Confederation, as well as the environmental flow that must be respected throughout the years all along the natural course of the river.

     ³ Environmental impact
Study carried out by Romanian staff under the supervision of our technical team, accor ding to the requirements of the Romanian administration.

     ³ Certificate of Environmental Impact
Document that details the construction processes as well as actual measurements and budget of the investment

     ³ Resolution of construction project
Document which approves the previous draft and that shows in detail the characteristics of the works to be performed.

     ³ Network connection permit
Document in which the point of connection to the network from the plant is reflected.

      ³ Building permission
Document proving the land use to start the implementation of works.
