Activities - Previous studies        The basic beginning to be able to obtain the financing is the technical and financial quality of the companies involved in the project (company of Engineering, EPC, etc operator.). To accept an investigation that we need the following documents:        1- Letter requesting our involvement.        2- Equity of 30% of total project value, please note that banks will ask for proof of funds at a later stage.        3- Land contract. Legal agreement between the parties which must be valid for a period of forty and nine years where it is reflected the fee to be paid to the owners for the rent of the area.        4- Certificate for building permits. Document proving the land use for the construction of a photovoltaic plant        5-Energy assesment report written by a company accepted by banks (i.e GL Garrad Hassan).       6- Detailed total cost estimates of the photovoltaic farm prepared by ....... or any other contractor which you want to propose, as long as it is accepted by banks, due to past experience and robust balance sheet.        7- Feasibility study.        8- Concession if required by legislation.        9- Engineering project, of the solar farm.       10- Environmental impact report.       11- Certificate of Environmental Impact.       12- Resolution of construction project. Document which approves the previous draft and that shows in detail the characteristics of the works to be performed.       13- Network connection permit. Document in which the point of connection to the network from the plant is reflected.       14- Contract with the electric utility company.       15- Building permission. Document proving the land use to start the implementation of works.       16- Audited report and accounts for the last three years of the company which is going to operate the photovoltaic farm.
